COMMUNITY PHARMACY REGISTRATION
This registration form is to activate the MedView Portal in your pharmacy.
- To register for MedView your pharmacy must have eRx Script Exchange. Please submit the eRx Pharmacy Registration form if you need to register your pharmacy for eRx.
- Once your pharmacy has been registered for MedView you will be able to register as an individual Health Practitioner through the MedView Portal.
